Touch and Taste: a hungry cook's field guide is a collaborative art work in progress. The concept was developed and begun in the food markets of Anyang and Seoul, South Korea in 2008 by conceptual artist, Elaine Tin Nyo.

You are invited to participate by supplying information about items in the Unidentified Gallery or submitting a recipe.

촉각과 미각 : a hungry cook's field guide 는 공동제작을 기초로 하는 예술 활동입니다. Elaine Tin Nyo라는 개념 예술가가 2008년 한국 서울과 안양에서 음식을 만드는 것을 시작으로 발전 시켜왔습니다.
